New Moon meditation…


The New Moon is a good time to meditate on the things you want to manifest into your life.  Try lighting a new candle and breathing deeply for a few moments right to your belly.  This will bring you to focus.  Write down all the things you’ve achieved during the last month, remember the good feeling you got when you achieved them.  Next, write down all the things you want to achieve during the coming month, be they emotional; physical; mental; spiritual; professional and material.  When you’re done, say a few words to honor the universe and nature.  Fold up your paper and keep it in a safe place until the next time….
